You are cordially invited to attend our regular meetings held on TUESDAYS at 7:00 PM and select weekends. Please contact us in advance to confirm meeting dates and times.

Note: We usually observe a winter break, pausing meetings in December and resuming in February or March. Please call to confirm the schedule during these months.

Our Practice

In this group, we practice the ancient system of Yoga known as Adhyatma or Suddha Raja Yoga, as taught by the Divine Hierarchy since time immemorial. Our meetings include:

• Sacred Mantras
• Pranayamas (Prakrita, Atmya, and Suddha)
• Meditation (Saguna, Nirguna and Suddha)
• Traditional Ceremonies (full moon, Yoga Sandhya, Sri Yoga Devi Maha yantra...)

Special Ceremonies

Monthly Full Moon: Each month, we perform a ceremony to invoke the blessings and Shakti of the Divine Hierarchy.

Vaisakha Suddha Poornima (May Full Moon): A very special annual ceremony celebrating the reorganization of the Suddha Dharma Mandalam by Bhagavan Narayana 12,000 years ago. This sacred day involves a powerful invocation of the Divine Masters who gather in the Badari forests of the Himalayas. On this day, Sri Yoga Devi, the Divine Mother and Shakti of Bhagavan Narayana, appears at Lake Kusumakara to bless all of humanity.

Study and Participation

Following our ceremonies, we hold a brief study session on Suddha Dharma literature and teachings. Participants are encouraged to ask questions. All meetings are free of charge, offered as a selfless service to the Masters and humanity.

Our Objective: Our goal is to study the basic principles of Yoga Brahma Vidya. We are a non-commercial group dedicated to bringing together those interested in the spiritual path of Sanatana Dharma. Participation in ceremonies prepares the student for formal consecration into this organization, should they choose to follow this ancient system of evolution.
